Pawpaw

Red pawpaw

Here you will find the best red pawpaws ever. Don't forget to sprinkle them with lemon or lime juice before eating.

Green pawpaw

When trading you will sometimes get green (unripe) pawpaw, which can be used for salads or stir fries.

Green pawpaw is also used by the local people as a malaria preventative. Try it lightly boiled with onion and curry and eat it with rice or coconut and sago pancakes to soak up the juice/gravy.
